Operating procedures of VSI impact sand maker

• 1. Check whether the observation door of the vortex chamber is closed tightly before starting to prevent the material from rushing out of the observation door of the vortex chamber, which may cause danger.

  

• 2. Check the rotation direction of the impeller, looking from the direction of the feed port. The impeller should turn counterclockwise, otherwise the motor wiring should be adjusted.
• 3. The starting sequence of the crusher and conveying equipment is: discharge→crusher→feeding
• 4. The crusher must be started with no load, and the material will be fed after the crusher runs normally. The shutdown sequence is the opposite of the startup sequence.
• 5. When the discharging equipment stops, the feeding should be stopped in time, otherwise, the impeller will be crushed and the motor will be burned.
• 6. The feeding should be continuous and uniform.
• 7. During the operation of the crusher, there should be no violent vibration and abnormal noise, otherwise, it should be stopped for inspection.
• 8. The lubrication of the machine is dry oil lubrication. Mobil vehicle grease is used. The amount added is 1/2-2/3 of the bearing cavity.
